Hitech MTMOV
Surge suppressor with thermal protection designed to open i n t h e event of overheating due to an abnormal over-voltage or temporary over voltage (TOV) and will interrupt any abnormal current that may be encountered.
Application:
• Quick thermal response and perfect circuit cutoff function due to special disconnector design with internal arc extinguishing device (Patent).
• Wide operating temperature range £¨ -40 ¡æ ~ 85 ¡æ £© and high reliability.
• High surge current capability,
• Three ways for failure indication, when MTMOV has been disconnected from the circuit.
• Tab will extrude through top hole of plastic housing.
• Top pin and bottom smaller lead both are optional monitor terminals, users can select one of terminals as monitor terminal and cut the other monitor terminal according to special requirements.
• Bottom sense terminal is available as trigger by pressure connection to micro switch, users can cut off the extra extruded part if no need.
• Application in the AC mains, service entrance, and heavy industrial etc.
• In compliance with UL1449 3 rd with Interrupt current 100KArms
